To crochet this Flower of Life pattern I am using medium, weight 4 yarn and G 6 / 4 mm crochet hook.

Crochet Flower of Life Pattern Instructions

The pattern is multiples of 6 +1.

The Flower of Life pattern is intermediate level.

In this pattern I am using chain stitch (ch), triple/treble crochet stitch (tr), 2 triple crochet cluster (2-tr cl), slip stitch (sl, st)

Crochet Flower of Life Pattern Instructions

Start with a slip knot and crochet a foundation chain of multiples of 6 + 1.

Flower of Life Pattern 1st row

After a foundation chain is complete, multiples of 6 +1, crochet additional 4 chains. Skip 6 chains from the hook and into the seventh chain crochet 2 triple crochet stitches together (2 triple cluster), then make 4 chains and crochet 2 triple crochet cluster into a next chain.

Then skip 4 chains and into the 5th chain crochet 2 triple crochet cluster, make 4 chains and crochet 2 triple crochet cluster into a next chain.

Continue the 1st row by skipping 4 chains and into the 5th chain crocheting 2 triple crochet cluster, then make 4 chains and 2 triple crochet cluster into a next chain. At the end of the row you should have 3 chains. Skip 2 chains and into the last chain crochet a triple crochet stitch.

Flower of Life Pattern 2nd row

Crochet 1 chain and turn your work. We will crochet the second row.

Insert the hook into the 1st cluster stitch and make a slip stitch.

Then crochet 4 chains, skip 4 chains and into each cluster crochet a slip stich.

Continue the 2nd row with 4 chains and slip stich into each cluster stitch. Finish the row with a slip stitch in the next stitch.

Flower of Life Pattern 3rd row

Crochet 6 chains and turn your work.

Into the 1st rows cluster stich (this is the same cluster stitch we crochet a slip stich into), crochet 2 triple crochet cluster.

Then skip 4 chains, skip one cluster stitch and into the second cluster crochet 2 triple crochet cluster, make 4 chains and crochet 2 triple crochet cluster into the same stitch.

Continue across by skipping 4 chains, skipping one cluster stitch and into the second cluster crocheting 2 triple crochet cluster, making 4 chains and crocheting 2 triple crochet cluster into the same stich.

Finish the row with 2 triple crochet cluster stitch into the last cluster, then crochet 2 chains and finish the row with a triple crochet in the last stitch.

Flower of Life Pattern Row 4

Chain 2 and turn your work.

In this row we’ll crochet slip stich into each cluster stich. As such, skip 2 chains and crochet a slip stich into the first and then into the second cluster stitch, then chain 2. Continue with the slip stiches into each cluster followed by 4 chains.

To finish the row crochet 2 chains, skip 2 chains and crochet a slip stitch into the 3rd chain.

Flower of Life Pattern Row 5

This row is very similar to row 3.

Crochet 4 chains and turn your work.

Then skip 2 chains and skip the first cluster stitch. Into the second cluster crochet 2 triple crochet cluster, make 4 chains and crochet 2 triple crochet cluster into the same stitch.

Repeat the pattern by skipping 4 chains and skipping the cluster stitch and into the second cluster crocheting 2 triple crochet cluster, then making 4 chains and crocheting 2 triple crochet cluster into the same stitch. Finish the row with a triple crochet stitch into the last stich.
