Row 2: ch 2, turn; dc in 2nd dc and each dc across (75 dc, counting 2 ch as a dc)

Row 3: ch 2, turn; FPdc starting in 2nd dc and in each dc across (74 FPdc not counting 2ch)

R4: ch 2, turn; dc in 2nd dc and each dc across (75 dc, counting 2ch as a dc)

Change the color to eggplant.

R5: ch2, turn; dc in 2nd and each dc across (75 dc, counting 2ch as a dc);

Row 6: ch2, turn; dc in 2nd and each dc across (75 dc, counting 2ch as a dc);

Row 8: ch 2, turn; dc 2nd and in each st across (75 dc, counting 2ch as a dc)

Change the color to oatmeal.

Row 9: Repeat Row 5.

Row 10 to Row 12: Repeat Rows 6, Row 7, Row 8.

Continue repeating Rows 5 to Row 8 with a different color yarn.

Crochet this Dino throw until you have 14 different color stripes. See color sequence above or you can mix and match and make your own colors.

Once row 14 is complete, change to a grey color yarn and work on a border in rounds.

Round 1: ch2, 3dc in 1st row, 2dc in 2nd row and continue with 2dc in each row.

Once row 14 is complete, change to a grey color yarn and work on a border in rounds.

Round 1: ch2, 3dc in 1st row, 2dc in 2nd row and continue with 2dc in each row.

On the next side crochet 3dc into a first row and then continue 2 dc in each row. Finish this side with 3 dc into the last row and then continue with dc in each dc. Close the round with sl st or invisible stitch and you can see how to make an invisible stitch here.

Round 2: Insert a hook from the wrong side to the right side between the dc stitches and then wrapping around the dc post into the other side (same way as you would be making a back post) pull a slip knot through and make 2ch, then continue with BPdc into each dc around.

Do not increase the stitches when working in the corners but continue with BPdc in each dc.

Finish the round with a sl st in the 2 ch’s top.

Round 3: 1ch, 1sc in BLO, continue around. Do not increase in corners but continue with sc in BLO in each st.

Finish the round with a sl st or invisible stitch same as in the 1st round. See how to make an invisible stitch here.

Fasten off and hide the ends. With yarn needle, weave in all loose ends.
